THE GOAL OF RSM IS TWO-FOLD

1. To train those who sense God may be speaking to
them about pastoral ministry or church leadership.

2. To train and equip the believers of Radiant Church to
do the work of the ministry. “...to equip God's people to do his work
and build up the church, the body of Christ.” Ephesians 4:12
